Context
The Wallachian Fortress approached us at a point when it was already clear that this game had real potential. The game had relatively stable revenues with a peak during the Christmas period. This was essentially a great signal that something like this was truly missing in the market in that area, and people were recommending the game to each other, whether they were looking for a place to spend time with family or an activity for a school trip. The main marketing channel at the beginning was primarily word of mouth (WoM).
In addition, the company gradually tried to introduce other channels into their marketing communication, such as outdoor banners and launching advertising on Google Ads.
What was fundamentally missing, however, was a systematic approach to marketing and communication. There was no clear vision for managing marketing, and it was evident that the company could no longer rely on their own internal human resources.

How We Helped
We started the collaboration just before the beginning of the peak Christmas season. There was no time for heroics, so we decided to build on what was already working to some extent. In the first phase, we optimized Google Ads and Sklik campaigns as much as possible. We began regular communication on social networks Facebook and Instagram. Of course, everything was coordinated under the main Christmas campaign, which we prepared for the client from A to Z.
